New CRM Go-Live

CBORD is transitioning their case management software from Clarify to the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  It's been in the works for at least two years, and we've been training on a staging version for the last couple of months.  Today, I got my official invitation email to start using the live version.   It's kind of exciting.  (Ya, I know, you're thrilled to death.)
